International flight courier
Your passport, contract, visa or document. Carried by a human.
A dedicated flight courier collects your document, travels with it on the next suitable flight, and personally hands it over on arrival.
Same-day or next-day delivery on international routes.
Tell us where the document is and where it needs to be. You are quoted a fixed price, a pickup window and a delivery window before you commit.
Our 24/7 Operations Center verifies courier availability, available commercial flights and your final delivery plan — usually within 30 minutes.
In almost every case, the same courier collects your document, flies with it and hands it over in person, including delivery right to an airport terminal.

Answers to questions about how fast we are, how your courier is chosen, and how your document stays safe.
View all FAQsDocumentJet is an international express delivery service for urgent documents such as passports, visas, court documents, contracts and other important paperwork. Unlike traditional express carriers, DocumentJet uses dedicated flight couriers. A real person collects your document, travels with it on a commercial passenger flight and personally escorts it toward its destination. Your shipment is monitored individually by both the flight courier and our 24/7 Operations Center from pickup through delivery.
DocumentJet is fundamentally different from ordinary parcel or express-mail services. Your document is not routed through automated sorting centers, conveyor belts or conventional parcel networks. Instead, a dedicated human flight courier travels with your shipment on a commercial passenger flight. The price therefore includes costs such as airline tickets, ground transportation, hotels when necessary, positioning the courier to the pickup location and compensation for the dedicated courier. You are effectively booking a person to travel specifically for your urgent delivery.
On the same day or by the next day — for most major international routes. For example, a document collected in Europe can often be delivered to the U.S. on the same calendar day because of the time difference, while many U.S.–Europe deliveries arrive the next day due to flight schedules and time zones. Actual delivery time depends on the pickup location, courier availability, available flights and the final handover location. Your instant quote shows an estimated pickup and delivery window before you book, and our 24/7 Operations Center confirms the final itinerary after booking.
In many cases, yes. During booking, select “At an airport” under “Who should receive it?” and provide information about the traveler and their situation. Depending on the airport and local procedures, we may be able to deliver the passport directly to the traveler in the public area of the terminal, behind security or in the transit area, or to an airline representative, immigration or border authorities or airport personnel. Because our courier usually arrives by air, they are already behind security when they land, which often makes a direct handover possible. Access rules vary by airport and country, so the exact handover method is determined by our Operations Center. DocumentJet provides transportation only and cannot guarantee any immigration, border-entry or airline outcome.
Yes. We can collect documents from hotels, including from the front desk or concierge. If necessary, our Operations Center can also contact the hotel in advance to coordinate the release and pickup of the item.
Yes. Flight couriers — also known as On-Board Couriers (OBCs) — are an established part of the time-critical logistics industry. They are commonly used when conventional shipping is too slow, for example for urgent aerospace parts, manufacturing components and certain time-sensitive medical shipments. DocumentJet makes the same type of dedicated courier service available for urgent passports and documents. DocumentJet is operated by FLYTRIX Americas LLC, an established time-critical logistics company.
